Drives: 2018 BMW X5 35D M Sport

I just left the dealer. Service manager blamed the iPhone. Tech said it is BMW not able to keep up with all the changes Apple is doing. They are a month or so behind. The tech did a factory reset on the I drive system and this did not help. Will not connect to Xar play. Only blue tooth. And now I have to go thru and re set everything. I had the stereo tuned perfect. Now it sounds like a bag of mufflers. And tips on the sound system and some settings? I wish I stored it. But there is no update from the dealer. They also said to put my BIN on some website?? To see it there is an update. So Zero help.
