He says it is a universal 200 CEL high flow CAT for both petrol and diesel. However, I have been reading that the diesel oxidation cat is different inside, so I am inclined to buy just the downpipe and a separate DOC to clamp on. (I'm not sure i trust the statement that the CAT is universal between the diesel and petrol exhasut.) Buying it as pieces will also help if the fit isn't exact since I can use regular pipe and couplings to make it fit. I really don't want to have the smell.
If anyone can recommend a DOC, I would appreciate it. I see many options from Magnaflow but none for the X5; I assume that any will do as long as the pipes are compatible sizes. (Please respond if it is not true.) The downstream pipe will be the OEM size of 2.75 inches.
