You will probably be in for a pretty hard ride. I would be hesitant to run 21" winters as you will probably have to run a 30 profile tire. That short of a sidewall (especially with run flats) is going to result in a very hard tire which isnt something you usually want on uneven roads (i.e. roads covered in snow and/or ice).
