Do any tire companies make a good tire in a nineteen that is a run flat?

I am a little nervous about being stuck on the side of the road just because I had to get a + size wheel and tire set-up. I commute a lot and this could be a hassle.

Thanks for the help.
No manufacturers that I am aware of currently have a 19 inch run-flat. However, I am considering doing the same as you, and would just buy regular tires and carry a product like this...

Their headquarters is just down the street from my house, and I have several friends and neighbors that work there. Great product! The smart spair is cool because it contains a small compressor... Check it out... I think Porsche used to include something like this as standard equipment before runflats were readily available.

I am looking at the ASA AR-1 rims from TireRack, which are basically knock-offs of the BBS RS-GT.
