Doing 22" x 10.5", +25 offset squared. Fronts will stick out 21mm over OEM and rears 7mm over OEM . Looks like I will need spacers after all. Now considering between 285/35/22 or 275/40/22

40 is definitely too tall... Usually people run 30 or 25 in 22"
