Bad news is I went to drop my car for service today and they told me that it would cost $700 to transfer the maintenance plan in to my name so I said F that and left. Is that a thing? When we bought our CPO (E70), we didn't have to do that.
Good news is I was able to drive home and install the rears (updated OP).
Bad news is I screwed up one of the upper rear rubber spring pads so I ordered a new one and it will be here next week. I'll get the fronts installed Saturday afternoon.

How many years left in your maintenance plan? I purchased my car used and brought it in for service first of January. The warranty transferred over with no issues but there was a transfer fee for the maintenance. The warranty expires April 2021, I have to double check for the maintenance plan expiration date. They offered me $100 to continue the maintenance, so for me it was simple choose as the oil filter change was more then the maintenance fee. I'm not sure but I thought all maintenance transfer fees were all $100?
