Thoughts on aftermarket Rolex Dials and Bezels

I have been looking recently at Submariners and I have been drawn to the blue face and bezel, but upon further investigation the only original blues were 18k white gold which is out of my price range. I have seen a few SS ones but the dials and bezels are aftermarket. I like the blue but don't want to hurt the integrity of the watch. What are your thoughts on aftermarket dials and bezels on a Rolex? Or if I found a watch with a genuine Rolex blue dial and bezel should I expect to pay a premium or less for the Rolex blue bezel and dial since it has been altered from original? Pros and cons to either? Thanks for any help you can provide.
