The best one I still use is from my military days.
"NUB" (pronouced 'nuh-b')
Definition: Non Useful Body. AKA, someone who isn't yet qualified on submarines and as such, is unable to stand watch, perform PM's, or do anything useful.
In a sentence: "Tell that fucking nub to get off his ass and get studying!"
