There is a shipping calculator on its site.
As for tread depth, I think you just need to show the lowest of the center channels in each tire. Folks will get a sense of the overall condition.
Doing all of them is an overkill.
I disagree on that. The lowest of all channels matter as that will truly tell you about tire life and be important for passing inspection if your state requires it.
