Hang a one pound weight on the handle of your wrench, exactly 5.3 inches from the center of the screw?

Lacking either tool, my go-to rule for fasteners is to tighten them enough so they don't fall out...but not so tight that they will never come out again.

I don't have a micro-torque wrench handy, but would go with fingertips only on a large diameter screwdriver handle as a safe substitution. Of course, I need to point out that my aged hands bought the computer pre-assembled with the i9 processor....
