My favorite watch from everything I own is the Ceramic Hulk Sub. Even though its in the mid range of my collection, it is the one I default to for everyday needs. It is not as plain as the others, since it is green, and it is brushed (non-polished), so I don't have to worry about being careful with it.
My favorite all-time watch is the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chrono in Panda dial. The details are incredible when seen in person. Pictures do not it justice. A lot of people like the ROO (Royal Oak Offshore), but something about the pushers on it feel cheap. I was so close to buying the ROC, but ended up getting the second best thing - the black face steel Daytona. AP ROC will be my next purchase, after the M4.
