I'm a big fan of Breitling, and I've been wearing a Chronomat for about 10 years now... but I just picked up a Sinn 900 Flieger. It's German, but with a Swiss ETA movement (same as most of the Breitlings, IWCs, etc.). This is my favorite of all my watches; classic pilot look (similar to the IWC Pilots) but with a GMT hand, rotating inner bezel, hardened case, and lume that glows bright all night.
