Thanks. The ACC does conflict with "coasting" since ACC is to maintain the speed and coasting is to let it go!

If I set the ACC as 55 MPH, then accelerated to 70 MPH, and released the pedal, the car speed was slowly going down to 55 and wasn't coasting.

If I turned off ACC and stayed in ECO PRO, once I released the pedal in 70 MPH, the coasting mode was engaged almost right away and my instant MPG reading turned to 99+.

I guess this makes sense now why this F15 can achieve such high MPG during the "tests". And this car seems to gain more mileages in ECO PRO rather than in the cruise control.
