No way to do it without taking off the wheel(s). You need to get behind and unscrew a bunch of fasteners. Just taking out the fender liner
without a wheel in the way was a total PITA.
I did each side with a jack and jack stands in my driveway. Definitely worth it - totally changes the look of the car!
