BMW X5 and X6 Forum (F15/F16) - View Single Post - X5 F15 Change 6.5" CID to 10.25" Possibble?

My new X15 came with small CID, hard to see and want to change to the 10.25" screen. No NAV just basic controls. Just want the bigger screen. Can it be replaced with simple plug and play or do I have to change entire radio unit? Thanks for any help.
