I used to live in the Philly area. Never happened to me but I see this all the time.
I would confess to having thoughts of wiping them out with my car or pulling out my concealed carry but in the end, it's just a car. Just gotta count your blessings you get to drive an X5 and the closest they'll likely get to one is by throwing objects at one.
Of course, I realize it's not much of a consolation when you're paying the dent repair guy
