Search and there are numerous threads for control arms. As Maverick mentioned he has a great DIY for the lower wishbone. For your thrust arm you could buy the bushing separately
https://www.getbmwparts.com/oem-part...ng-31126851693 (for non active steering vehicles) and have them pressed at a shop. If you have active steering theres a different part# bushing. I paid 120$ for both bushings and 200$ to have them pressed/installed
