Same old, tired plan for Acura. Build a hot concept, mellow it down to something vanilla for production, put a blah engine into it, and then sell 'sport' packages that are just window dressing.
The only thing they have built over the last 10 years that isn't just a slightly nicer Honda is the current NSX, and it isn't selling for shit.

Long gone, I believe, are the days of the original NSX, the Integra Type R, or heck - even the RSX Type S. That thing had fantastic steering. (sigh).

Screw that definitely needs a V6, maybe a 2.0T for the base model. Since the Accord has that as the premium offering. Hybrid might be a little much for this car, but it should be a 4 door coupe like the concept.
