There are different under writers for different quotes hence different repairs paid differently with mixed reviews.
Carchex is a broker and at times they would recommend the best value and not the best company. Make sure you find out the under writing company and read their reviews.
I did purchase Carchex for my E70 X5M but decided to pay more and instead got a different warranty.
