There are different under writers for different quotes hence different repairs paid differently with mixed reviews.

Carchex is a broker and at times they would recommend the best value and not the best company. Make sure you find out the under writing company and read their reviews.

Yes you are correct. When you brought that to my attention I called Carchex and they confirmed my policy was with "bla bla bla" whoever they were.

Still, Carchex is who you deal with. They are the purveyors of the policy and company "responsible" for it.

My experience has been stellar. When I asked my SA (trusted confidant) if he thought I should go with Carchex again or just extend the CPO he laughed for about 2 minutes and said get Carchex again.

BTW, did you get the Titanium policy?
