"Stuff" does happen w/these vehicles, but I do prefer paying them at the time they happen -and not in advance. That's just me though, looks like I'm being outnumbered!

Keep the 5k in the bank. 100%. Unless you are planning on a new power unit or transmission (you already have a new xfer case), I would enjoy the ride.
