Changing the fluid and filter again now is pointless. It won't undo whatever wear occurred to the pump. It could be nothing, or it could be some. But if your pump was really worn, you'd have soft shifts and burnt clutches asap. Hard shifts is not necessarily bad for a trans.
I'd say just drive it and see how it goes. Or go trade it in!
