My bad, you are right. Tire will stick out 20mm and rim 12mm
compared to stock 21 inch wheel (not from fender), but it will clear without issues

However, keep in mind stock 21 inch wheels with 285/35/21 are not even close to be sticking out if you have fender flares. People use spacers to get them flash
