Yea I have does on and the lights on both seats do not turn on once I open the door or turn on the dome lights. 🤷
Then you have to check the connector.

Remove the back trim and check it out. Be careful as the LED wire doesn't have a ton of slack for you to pull it out.

Remove back cover, reach up top to unhook the cable, remove completely and check that your LEDs aren't burnt out or that there's something wrong with your fiber glass (crystal that sits above that actually lights up). Only thing I would do.... this should narrow it down.
