That's a great price. More details please. As far as payment's concerned, you can either:
1) Collect all funds through PayPal, Venmo etc., then send the GB payment at once. Or
2) Give supplier the list of names, email addresses of GB members & when to expect payment.
TIP: Set a strict payment deadline! Without fail, you're always gonna have stragglers who will delay this for whatever reason.
