Have you backprobed the coils with an oscilloscope and voltmeter and actually tested if they are getting the proper signal? Have you tested the resistance on the wires? How do you know that it is not the wiring? You can't just replace components without testing the wiring. The DME will purposely shut down cylinders if it feels some action is so out of range that it will damage the engine. that is what it is supposed to do. Have you connected the vehicle to ISTA+?
