Both pictures you show, are MSport version.
See below, standard 50i comes with the one wider on the bottom, see the right circle.
MSport is wider on the top.
So the exhaust tips are not good indicator of if a 35i or 50i, but the tips are a good indicator of if someone has an MSport or not.. |

M sport, no matter engine, have same exhaust tip. Non M sport had round circle up until a year or two ago and then they switch to the smaller inverted rectangle.
