for me, watches are a symbol of a period of time or a special event or place in time, not just a measurement of time. All of my timepieces can be correlated to these attributes. Any while time moves on, the collection grows, but certainly not as quick as Tonys!
I let years go by between acquisitions, and then I use certain watches during some timeframes, such as my summer collection vs rest of year
My current watch is my fav of course, but I do have another in focus at the moment that I would alternate this with as I do need a GMT to keep track on my global teams.
Thats the first pix, a 1950 3day GMT Pam 320 along with a new green strap and another new leather strap just acquired. The best thing about these watches is that you can really change the look and feel just by changing the bands, so I have 4 bands and 4 different looks now
The second pix would be my ultimate watch, but aint happening unless I hit the lotto
My Sub is my first love (and part of the summer collection now along with another Pam) and I do like certain VCs, so perhaps Id acquire one at some point
