How can I buy a parking garage (serious question)? It's always seemed like a low maintenance investment to me but I wouldn't know where to start.
Paradoxically, if parking garages are such great investments no one in their right mind would be willing to
sell me one in the first place unless they were really strapped for liquid cash.
