I wouldn't recommend jacking up your X5M/X6M from the Rear Diff Cooling Fins. Their is a risk of them breaking off, and cracking your rear differential, which would be a very expensive repair.
I would use the (4) jacking points, one on each corner of the vehicle to do this.
