The front pads are on national backorder (and have been for months). If you have a relationship with the parts manager, they can tell you what dealers have stock so you can call them directly.
There are pros and cons to aftermarket pads, The Hawk pads are quieter and have significantly less dust. The tradeoff is initial bite of the pads.
In my case, my dealer was not willing to do anything about my noisy brakes as "you already have the revised pads" but you should give it a shot with your dealer. |
Is that really the case? I got the updated pads recently. It sounds like your dealership is pulling your leg.
