Get something like a Wahoo Kickr Snap and join Zwift. Ride indoors at any time. If you really want a quiet trainer, get the Wahoo Kickr Core.

Riding isn't short-term thing or something you do every now and then. It's a lifestyle change that'll knock weight off and keep it off and it's a lot more enjoyable than a starvation diet. Yo-yo dieting is bad for you.
