And people are suprised with the looks of this car? 3 series front, X3 rear, what did you expect? it still looks very similar to the current X5 with a few changes. I won't judge until I see it in person.

obviously the x5 doesn't compete with the q5. That was not my point. There is no vehicle that competes with the SQ5 (seeing as there is no m-performance version of the X3). My point was for me, personally, I was eyeing a 2nd SUV for myself, with the wife trading up to a real 3-row SUV (not the fake 3-row in the X5). So I am actually conidering a q5 as a replacement for my 3er.
