If it makes any difference, the 2018 F15 and 2019 G05 will be badged the same - xDrive50i. The G05 is only rated at 11 more HP - up to 456 from 445.
For 2020, the xDrive50i will be re-badged to an M50i with an entirely new engine rated at a reported 530 HP.
Given that, I'd skip the 2019 50i and get a good deal now on an F15 or wait for the 2020 M50i....which I'm sure will be 20K more than a 2018 F15 would cost right now.
