It sounds like you're buying (not leasing), so that alone would say G05.
(If you were leasing, in 3 years the diminished value is BMW's problem.)
Unless, of course, you find a new 2018 for like $25k off sticker...then buy.
Sidenote: BMW's cooled seats are so uncool. It's really just a noisy fan...I've been in Lincolns and those work much better.
