I am in the same exact boat. Ill be leasing so im thinking of doing it this years.
Im being offered a 2018 50i MSRP $87,895 for $77k after all rebates (about a $7k discount + $3500 in rebates on the vehicle)
MF being .0017 (slightly above the .00166 base but only $5/month more)
For what I can find, it seems like a decent deal
