its great to warm up the car in the am... especially when its 10 degrees out(fahrenheit), also the doors stay locked but if someone does get in i believe the engine switches off if the brake pedal is depressed. |
I have a unit heater in my garage that I put in way before remote start was popular. It's on a timer and heats the garage for about 15 minutes before I leave. The car is very comfortable when I get in.
