TPMS is always a pain for some reason on x5. There was a pre-2013 era and post-2013 era of tpms. Two different tpms - both have 433MHz but they are not compatible.
2013 was a year when BMW changed tpms sensors. So I don't know what to do in your case. It's possible that you get old version and they will not work.
