I hope that's a typo because cannot use Lifeguard 6 in your ZF 8 speed transmission.
Lifeguard 8 is needed for all ZF 8hp transmission

VERY RARE occurrences of pan cracking, only reason it cracks is if you ran over rocks or hard physical contact of oil sump. Also most service tech overtighten the hell out of the pans bolts resulting in the screw holes cracking, i've seen a few in my previous zf 6 and 8 speed transmissions.
