But again if the communication was exactly the same I don’t think so.
The guy wasn’t hostile while communicating with them and if he was he would have been taken down first thing. The last thing they would have wanted to do was sit there and tell the guy he better land or he will be shot down. He could have done something even more stupid then he already was doing.
Besides the guy dying everything played out how it should have.
As with any situation there will always be should of, could of and would of being said.
