Ultimate here and 99% of the USA folks are on Ultimate
Reasons why: it's not more expensive if you buy thru an Authorized Dealer (discount)
Ultimate has a faster processor (smoother power delivery) and the Unit seems to be a bit different
The power gain is not just all but also with Ultimate you're able to transfer it to another car but you can't with pro.
Ultimate = longevity, better investment
