Losing 1/2" in wheel width, different center bore (use of concentric rings) and OS not aggressive enough, things can be improved quite a bit here.
Please clarify the above mentioned concerns as well

You arent losing anything if you put these on an F15. These are configured to run stock width tires for the F15.
