Not too bad. The shifter is the hardest part. The top of it is glued on...after about 15-20min I gave up using the trim tools and switched over to flathead screwdriver. I damaged the old piece a little bit, but nothing major.

As for the trim piece, just make sure you don't lose any of the metal clasps that secure the piece to the car. Two of mine feel off and I had to steal those two from the old piece that I had just removed.

Whole swap took maybe 40 minutes. I was really patient and took my time initially, once I realized that I didn't really care what happened to the pieces I was removing, it sped up.
