basically they can provide you a full screen carplay but you'll need to update to NBTevo_N, O or P. (N and O are done with USB jump drive file and P is done remotely)
to find out your version: in your car open the Navigation Map, then hit the options button next to the iDrive controller and go to Navigation Settings > Position and Version > Version Information
