I drive higher mileage M cars that's just my preference. I had a F86 with 70k miles which required a quart of oil every 5-700 miles or so. It bothered me as much as the lack of storage space, so I traded it for an F85. Much more practical car and I've been driving for over 1500 miles with 60K miles on the odometer, and I haven't had to add any oil at all. My work commute is 5 to 10 miles each way
