I try and drive it in comfort mode most of the time but it does rev quite freely and it's very easy to speed too often. In Eco mode it's exceptionally torquey and will pull hard and shift up quickly stopping the urgency of the motor somewhat. It's a great car but M50d is a bit over kill in my opinion but then what do I know my wife's getting her SQ5 on Friday and no way is her car going to have more power than mine  |
My mentality too :-)
40d vs 50d .... Troubling choice for sure. I'm asking BMW to have a M50d out on trial for a weekend ASAP.
