My question is this, I want to put the New Michelin Pilot Sport 4S on my car but they only make the 285/30/21 not the recommended 285/35/21 and so I would be running 325/30/21 on the back and 285/30/21 on the front, no stagger as such both will have the same profile...

Do you think not having the 35 profile on front will be a problem?

I don't want to run super sports which do offer the exact BMW recommended set up of 325/30/21 rear and 285/35/21 front..

Thanks in advance.
No, you cannot run 285/30/21 front. That would make the rear OD 3.3% larger than the front, ruining your transfer case and xDrive will go crazy!!! front and rear need to have similar OD. Can't be more than 1% from another.

What you can run is MP4S 275/35/21 front and 325/30/21 rear.
