I've got the same issue with my 2016. The option is available via BimmerCode, but changing it to unlock at ignition shut off does nothing. I even sent my logs to the developer and they can't see any reason why it isn't working. I think we have a different version of the software on our cars or something like that. I think that there might be another code to look for that controls this, but I haven't had the time to use the Advanced mode to search for it.
