There is no need for an apology to their customers, they didn't screw them. They screwed the government if anyone. They were giving their customers more powerful cars, while giving them better fuel mileage. With the changes we will see in 2016, the cars will become less powerful AND get worse fuel mileage...all in the name of cleaner emissions while we have a 15+ year old 18 wheeler on the road still that probably doesn't equal 100 VWs in emissions.
