This effectively means that High Beams are always on to some degree, maximising road illumination. In NA it operates like the older HBA so its either High Beam On , or High Beam Off.
Thanks. Your explanation is quite detailed, Many Salespeople in NA are knowledgeable about various options. You know so much more but also the differences from 2 countries. I find Speed Limit Info useful, but it does have flaws.
